1. Supplier sourcing in China & Vietnam
Online platforms are full of trading companies posing as factories. We shortlist real manufacturers, check their business license, visit the production line, compare several quotes, and negotiate directly with management in Chinese. Negotiating in Chinese often gets better prices than going through a platform in English.
2. Quality control & factory inspection
Quality control is where most importers lose money. We check your order at every stage: factory audit before you pay a deposit, sample approval before mass production, during-production inspection at 20–50% completion, and pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling before you pay the balance. You get photos, video and a clear pass/fail report.
3. Export packing & labeling
Damage in transit is the second biggest cause of losses. We agree a packing specification with the factory: carton strength, inner packaging, moisture protection, pallets and shipping marks. We then check it in person, including Arabic labeling, barcodes and private-label packaging, and supervise container loading.
4. Shipping, logistics & customs documents
We coordinate with freight forwarders for FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and express. We consolidate goods from several suppliers into one container and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Delivery goes to Jeddah, Dammam, Jebel Ali, Doha, Kuwait, Casablanca, Algiers, Alexandria and other MENA ports.
5. Coffee sourcing in Vietnam
