How we work: our 6-step sourcing process

How each step works

Step 1: Send your brief

Tell us the product, specifications, photos or links, quantity, target price and destination port, in Arabic, French or English, by WhatsApp or the contact form.

Typical timing: Day 1

Step 2: Supplier search & quotes

We shortlist verified factories, check licenses and capacity, and send you a comparison of options with prices, MOQs and lead times.

Typical timing: Usually 2–7 days

Step 3: Samples & approval

We order samples from the best suppliers, check them, ship them to you, and you approve the 'golden sample' that production must match.

Typical timing: 1–3 weeks

Step 4: Order & production follow-up

You place the order with a deposit, usually 30%. We follow production, run an in-line inspection and fix problems early.

Typical timing: Depends on product

Step 5: Pre-shipment inspection & packing

We inspect the finished goods with AQL sampling, check packing and labels, and send a photo and video report. You pay the balance only after the goods pass.

Typical timing: 1–2 days

Step 6: Shipping & delivery

We coordinate freight, supervise loading, and prepare the invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin for delivery to your MENA port.

Typical timing: Sea 18–40 days · Air 3–7 days

How you stay in control
