Import fabrics from China

Import fabrics from China to the Gulf: factory prices, inspected before shipping

We source fabrics and textiles directly from China's biggest textile hubs (Guangzhou, Keqiao and Foshan) and deliver to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and the wider region, with in-person inspection before every shipment.

Why import fabrics through a sourcing agent?

The number one problem fabric importers face is a sample-vs-bulk mismatch: the sample is beautiful, the container is not. We solve this by inspecting the actual production at the mill before anything ships, with photos and video sent to your WhatsApp.

The second is price. When you negotiate in Chinese instead of through a platform in English, you typically save 10–30%. On a container, that can be the difference between a profit and a loss.

What we check on every fabric order

  • Color match against your approved lab-dip or sample (shade variation between rolls)
  • Weight (GSM), width, composition and hand-feel
  • Defects per roll using the 4-point system: holes, stains, weaving faults, printing errors
  • Shrinkage and color fastness when required
  • Roll length, labeling and packing (poly bags, woven bags, cartons)

How the process works

  1. Send your specs, quantity and target price in Arabic, French or English
  2. We shortlist vetted mills and negotiate on your behalf
  3. You approve the sample, then we inspect production with a photo report
  4. We coordinate freight and customs documents to your port: Jeddah, Dammam, Jebel Ali, Doha, Kuwait, Casablanca, Algiers or anywhere in MENA
FAQ

Common questions

What is the minimum order for fabric from China?

It depends on the fabric and the mill. Stock fabrics in Guangzhou can be bought in smaller quantities, while custom dyed or printed fabrics in Keqiao usually need larger quantities per color. Tell us your quantity and we'll find suppliers that fit.

Can you match a fabric from a photo or a sample?

Yes. Send a photo or post a physical sample. We find matching or similar fabrics and send swatches for approval.

How are fabrics shipped to the Gulf?

Usually by sea, in rolls packed in poly and woven bags, either as a full container (FCL) or consolidated (LCL). Samples and urgent orders can go by air.

Do you source thobe and abaya fabric?

Yes, these are among the most requested fabrics from our Gulf clients, mainly sourced in Keqiao.
