Why export packing matters
After quality problems, damage in transit is the most common reason importers lose money. A container from China to the Gulf can spend weeks at sea in heat and humidity, then be handled several times at the ports. Weak cartons, missing inner packaging or wet pallets can turn a perfect order into a damaged one.
We agree a packing specification with the factory before production, then check it in person at inspection and loading.
What we check and supervise
- Carton specification: single, double or triple wall, carton weight limits, dimensions
- Drop test on sample cartons according to ISTA practice
- Inner packaging: poly bags, foam, dividers, protective corners
- Moisture protection: desiccants, sealed liners, container dry bags for humid routes
- Pallets: ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets or plastic pallets, stretch-wrapping and strapping
- Shipping marks: consignee, PO number, carton number, gross/net weight, made in China
- Barcodes (EAN/UPC) and SKU labels for retail and Amazon/Noon
- Container loading supervision: counts, stacking, photos of every stage and the seal number
Arabic labeling for Gulf and North African markets
Many products sold in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other Gulf countries need product information in Arabic: product name, ingredients or materials, country of origin, importer details, and usage and safety instructions. We check the factory's artwork with you, correct the Arabic text before printing, and verify the printed labels at inspection. For regulated products in Saudi Arabia we help you prepare for SASO/SABER before production.
Private-label and retail packaging
Want your own brand on the box? We coordinate packaging design files, color boxes, hang tags, stickers, woven labels and printed bags with the factory and its packaging suppliers. We approve a pre-production packaging sample with you, so the colors and text are right before thousands are printed.
Packing for fabrics and coffee
- Fabric rolls: paper tube core, poly bag, woven bag outer, roll labels with color, lot and length
- Green coffee: 60 kg jute bags, optional GrainPro hermetic liners, or bulk container liners
- Roasted coffee: one-way valve bags or vacuum packs, printed with your brand
